THE RICHARD LOUNSBERY FOUNDATION TURNS SIXTY
The Foundation turned sixty this year. It was established in 1959 by a Lounsbery family trust and became the foundation that it is today after Richard Lounsbery's death in 1967. Vera Lounsbery worked with Attorney Alan J. McHenry, father of current director Richard J. McHenry, to establish clear goals for the foundation which continue to be the basis for the Foundation's mission.
