2025 DIRECTOR GRANTMAKING HIGHLIGHTS

In 2025, Lounsbery Directors approved more than $3.5 million in grants, supporting projects focused on French-American scientific collaboration and assisting scientists working in regions affected by conflict.

Directors also prioritized funding in recognition of America's upcoming 250th anniversary, celebrating the enduring partnership between France and the United States rooted in the Revolutionary era.

Additional grants supported research and exploration, science education, and the history of science.
